When someone calls the house, speaking with an
accent that I have trouble understanding, telling me they are visiting
Los Angeles,........well, usually it's one of Mary's several hundred
cousins from somewhere in the world. This time it was one of my handful
of cousins who just got in from Texas with her daughter.
So we showed them the town.......... at least the parts where we
spend most of our time..............the beach and Suzy's.
